We start by me showing you how your chakras are functioning, followed by a reading of your energy, providing messages from your Guides and Angelic team.  A deeply clearing meditation to align your chakras and auric layers leaves you feeling clear and empowered. We revisit your chakras to show you how they are balanced.  

This is a combination of energetic balancing, intuitive wisdom and practical coaching to assist you in moving you out of your own way.
